The short version: Gameday Viibes gives you sports information to help you make your own decisions. We don’t take bets, we don’t guarantee results, and you must be 21 or older. Our reads and content are for your personal use only.
These terms are an agreement between you and VIIBES INC (“VIIBES,” “we,” “us”), which operates Gameday Viibes at viibesinc.com and related apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate. We may close accounts that don’t.
Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee access on any specific date. Launch timing, features, pricing and any early-access or referral perks may change. If we offer paid plans, their prices and terms will be shown before you buy.
You may share your personal invite link with people you know. Don’t spam, buy sign-ups, create fake accounts or use your own link to sign yourself up again. We may remove referral credit or perks that we believe were earned unfairly.
All reads, ratings, percentages, text, graphics, logos and software in the Service belong to VIIBES or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to view them for your own use. You may not:
You may share an occasional screenshot with friends for personal, non-commercial purposes, as long as you don’t remove our name or branding.
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information will lead to any particular result.
To the fullest extent the law allows, VIIBES and its owners, team and partners won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any losses from wagers or other decisions you make, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.
We may update these terms as the Service grows. If we make important changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
